Your help can make a chapter successful.

Best Buddies Canada is proceeding with its expansion plans to meet its target of 500 chapters by 2010. As expected, these initiatives are costly and important.

By adopting a chapter, you can make sure your local chapter is successful and that the Best Buddies mission stays strong in your town or city.

You can adopt a chapter for a donation of $500, $750 or $1000. For students who are involved with Best Buddies and keeping up with a hectic school pace, it is not always easy to raise funds to do fun things for their chapter. Although fundraising is usually an excellent team building experience, not achieving fundraising goals limits the extent of community activities that are available for students and buddies. Being able to rent a minivan for a road trip or to attend a NHL hockey game could help to provide lifelong memories.

Group outings also help to encourage inclusion and Best Buddies public awareness.

Along with the contribution, your name will be attached to a chapter from the region of your choice:

• Western Canada
• Central Canada
• Maritimes/Atlantic Canada
• Or no preference

You will have an annual chapter update, recognition on our web site and an income tax receipt will be issued. Best Buddies-Vrais Copains Canada thanks you for your commitment to this fulfilling cause.
